He inspires confidence with his thoughtful intelligence, genuineness, comprehensive knowledge of every corner of the area, not to mention his warmth and wit. As we navigated our options during a very stressful life chapter (COVID) he was an unfailingly expert, ethical and calming voice of reason. Little did we know that once we found our house it would be months of waiting and agony dealing with a bidding war, and then title issues, before moving in. Brian was there at every moment, advising us with an amazing combination of shrewdness and wholesomeness. He knows his job inside out and he has a background in banking and mortgages which makes him more knowledgeable still. Over the course of several months we relied on Brian to move our purchase forward with incredible resourcefulness and in truth I do not think we would be happily settled in our lovely home if not for his steadfastness, acumen, his contacts, and his commitment to us. Surely we would have lost our minds if not for his faith in the process and sense of humor! We must have said “what would we do without Brian? Thank goodness we have Brian!” a million times, because he dealt with every unforeseeable issue that came up effectively and with speed.
