Foundation of Nutshell Realty: In 2002, Tim, with his business Partner Tom Jackson, began selling homes in the Marbletown area under the name Nutshell Realty, Inc.

Strategic Growth: In 2002, to gain a national presence, the agency joined the Prudential Real Estate Network in 2004 as Prudential Nutshell Realty before eventually transitioning to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand.
